Shipping Policy
Timely Delivery:
We make every reasonable effort to ensure timely product delivery. All orders will be shipped out within a maximum time of 1 - 2 business days from the date of order placement. Transit time varies based on customer's final destination, ideally from 2 to 7 business days.
Shipping Partners:
We partner with third-party courier services such as St Courier, DTDC, Professional,MSS, VRL transport, AKR, to facilitate deliveries. Details of the delivery partners will be shared once the purchased product is handed over to the courier.
Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts at the specified address. If the package remains undelivered after this, the courier will inform us of the non-delivery.
Responsibility for Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damages to the package after it has been left at the customer's address by the courier agency.
International Shipping
International Delivery: Shipping and delivery times may vary based on the working hours and policies of the courier partners in the respective countries.
Customs and Duties: We do not charge any customs or import duty fees during the order process. Charges such as customs duties, local sales tax, and clearance fees are determined by local government bodies and are beyond our control. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties, local sales tax, or clearance charges as per their country's regulations. Any customs duties or taxes assessed by the relevant authorities must be paid by the customer.
Delivery Assurance: We aim to provide a comfortable and efficient delivery experience. Product prices do not include customs or import duties or taxes, which may vary by country. We will not be responsible for non-delivery or refunds in cases of non-payment of customs duties or taxes.

RETURN POLICY
What is the Return Period?
If you want to return the product, please do so within 4 days from the date of delivery.
Please note, that the return option won't be available after the 4th day.
What products are returnable?
Returns will be only accepted if the products are:
Unused / Unwashed / UndamagedIn the original packaging with all the tags intact
What products are non-returnable & non-refundable? The following products cannot be returned:Gift cardsDiscounted items (if applicable)For all the products that are mentioned in the respective product pages
Do I need to pay any return fee amount?
A nominal fee of Rs.99/- is levied for return pickup courier
How will I get my refund?
After we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process your refund. The refund will get credited to your original payment method.

For Prepaid Orders: Your refund will be issued within 2-4 business days from the date of receiving the products from your end.
